    Ocean scene

Well i thought a seascape would be different, i like waves and breakers so i thought i give it a try and see how it would come out.
Any suggestions on improvement that you all may have would be mostly appreciated, i find making waves rather hard so i'm up for any ideas on that especially.

    Thanks,
    -Rich

Very well done. I like it.

My only suggestion would be that you might try and reduce the amount of white in the waves - but that's just a guess on my part, and I could be wrong.

    Hello,
Very nice RJR, great texture and colour in your painting. My only thought would be to maybe reduce some of the texture /detail in the light house which would create some depth from the foreground detail. You could play it in more of a silhouette with a bit more light from the beacon.

A lot of words for such a minor point, a really nice job.

thanks for the suggestions, i'm going to mess with it some this week and see if i can get some more depth in the background and tweak the water somewhat.

    thanks.

    Nice and agitated.

There's need for a lighthouse in such weather. Must be tough to navigate.
