File could not be read from.

Hi, I'm a new user of ArtRage2 (paid version). For the past few days I've been working on a large (12"x18" inches at 320 dpi) painting in ArtRage. The file was originally imported as a flat PSD then converted to the native ArtRage format and saved. All was going well until I tried to open it today and got this message:

"Artrage encountered an error trying to load the painting you requested. File could not be read from."

    Help?

Is that the error loading the *.ptg file?
Are you working on a Mac, or on Windows?

If you zip up the file, how big is it? If it's not too large zipped (15mb or less) you could EMail it to me (andy@ambientdesign.com) and I can take a look at it.

AndyRage: Yes, it is a .ptg file. I'm working in Windows XP Home SP2. The file in question is 143MB ...I could upload it to my server and send you a link if you are interested in taking a look.

Okay, thanks. Send me the download information to my email:
    andy@ambientdesign.com

I'll see what I can do with it.
