That's what art's about, isn't it -- at some point it's about the relationship between the art and the viewer, sort of like speed dating. (D Akey)
Hello Gary....It certainly does deserve it! This is the wee spark that lite the flame....Opps, was going to leave it at that...But....to me, almost looks like an exercise in remote viewing, swear I can see into someone's living room, don't know if its projecting into the past or future....I like the title..."Flight of Time", reminds me how its rapidily speeding pass us all, leaving us with fleeting memories of the past....and guessing wishfully at our time left....
I like it...Glad you posted it!
Take care friend,
Steve

I don't know where you got your inspiration, but this would be a really cool relative that maybe got imprinted on the back wall of your brain sometime surfing the net. And you took it to a whole new place. But I always loved color charts for calibration etc. Call me a geek. . . but it's true. I remember fondly walking with the erstwhile Amiga computers early in the 90s and being granted a boon of more and more colors, doled out 16 at a time. And then when the lid blew off to millions of colors, it was like the Heavens opened and there was a sign hanging on the Pearly Gates: Help Wanted. THAT's what millions of colors said to me. So anything smacking of that level of articulation -- I'm loving those display charts and anything that triggers those old feelings almost like nothing else. It's almost like seeing my first Playboy magazine as a lad. So this is essentially a modern version: Nude Descending a Spectral Staircase.

And also this one of the phone reminded me that rainbow-esque color is really appealing to loads of people and you can't go wrong with it. It's also really interesting when we seem to be tapped in to a creative overlap with others in the world at the same time. Happens enough in the world to give one pause to consider what's that all about. Fascinating.

"Not a bit is wasted and the best is yet to come. . ." -- remembered from a dream
I like your new direction Gary. It's very graceful and dreamy. Your mind is a fascinating place!
Love it!![]()
WOW. This flaming new style is a real kaleidoscopic marvel! I travelled back in time to my childhood with this machine of Yours!
Panta rei (everything flows)!
I like it very much!
When I saw it, I thought "brother, we are in the 70s..."
Thank you all for you great comments on this sort of new style for me. I had done a piece a while ago called Sybils Dream that was a precursor to these, I intended to pursue these a bit further and see what comes out... again THANK YOU ALL!
