Forum down?

Has this forum been down? I tried all last evening trying to get on but it kept telling me I was banned forever, (upset me some), so I tried making another account, it denied it saying I'm spam, tried another email, my personal one from my own domain that I don't use for stuff like this only to find out that in all ways spam. I wrote a not so nice note to the tech support (which was the only way I could contact) asking what if any was the problem.
So, am I spam? I'll be very upset if I am as I don't like spam, even when I was a kid back iin the day I wouldn't touch it.

Sorry about that! We sent a reply via email shortly after we received your first message, so if you don't have that email it's likely that it was incorrectly blocked as junk mail either by your email provider ( in which case you wouldn't have received it ), or at your email client ( in your junk mail folder ).

I banned a user who was posing as a new member and trying to get their post count up in order to spam, but in the process I accidentally banned your account! When you contacted us I checked your account, found the problem and unbanned it.
