    Member Area - Logging In.

    This thread explains how to log in to the Member Area and provides solutions for common problems you may encounter.


    Before you do this you must have:

    1. Created a Member Area Account. If you have not done this, see this thread for information.


    Logging In.

    Once you have created a Member Area account you can log in by going to http://members.artrage.com and entering the Email Address and Password you used when you created the account. When you have logged in you will be taken to the Member Page with your details and products listed.

    Troubleshooting Problems.

    It says my Email Address is not recognised:

    If you are being told that your email address is not recognised, the system cannot find a Member Account that uses that address. If you are sure you have already created an account, you may have used a different email address. Search in your email for anything related to the ArtRage Member Area and you may find the original email that was sent to verify your account, which was sent to the email address you used.

    When you purchase the product your store mail may contain a user name and login. These are not for the Member Area, Member Area accounts are optional and must be created manually, so you may not have created one yet.

    If you are sure you have already created an account and see this message please contact us via the Support Page and let us know the error you saw and which email address you were using to log in.


    It says my Password is incorrect:

    Please double check that you have typed your password correctly. If you still get the message please contact us via the Support Page and let us know the email address of the account you were using to log in.


    Contacting Support:

    If your problem has not been resolved, please contact us via the Support Page. On that page, select 'Member Area' as the support topic and be sure to let us know the email address you were using to log in.
