I really like this, great idea with very subtle colours and a subject that is almost 9- 0 clock.
I wish i had your imagination.

What a glorious and beautiful nudity immersed in such a marvellous turquois green light and environment!

Another masterpiece Katie...sometimes I wish I could wander around inside your head and see the things you see :-)
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

Spectacular, Ms Coops! I think this becomes iconic of release. Weren't you telling Mr Ploos about retirement from working. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! Now you can paint and dance and dance and paint. . . and get up in the morning on your own terms, in the style you choose, and at the hour you please! It feels jubilantly relaxed.

I think this is an amazing painting for the combination of skills and sensibilities you brought to it. It's a very nice blend between the background and the figures. I also think you used a generally monochromatic palette to great effect. it really emphasizes form.

    Well done!
