    My Guitar - Chase

One I did today after waking up. I recently ordered a waycom ctl-460 tablet, I can't wait to get it.. For now still using mouse and touchpad which has been difficult to do, but I still enjoyed making art. Hope you all like it.

    A high speed chase. . .

Quick sketching is an art in itself. Composition and the break up of the space is one of the things to take it to the next level rather than just painting an object. Hope that makes sense. On the canvas it's not only about the object as in the real world. It opens up a whole world to translate all the spaces as well, not just considering them void of interest. The results of claiming the whole picture can be very satisfying and lend use to paintings where one takes time to finesse. It's especially useful in quick sketch as an end in itself. You might find that by doing it that way that the object suddenly materializes in full often times with a finished feeling context.

Of course if you're after a super quick look as may be fashionable in certain contexts, you may not need to consider that stuff I mentioned. Brash and flashy is also legit.

Quite true. I enjoy just getting the idea out of my head and onto something. I'm wanting to get as many works of art done. Painting at least one a day is a goal of mine. I can't wait to get my tablet and see what I can do with it. Some of my best stuff is waiting for the world in the near future! Thank you for posting D Akey.
