    Based on a pic I took in London about 25 years ago. Still with technical pen and thin, dry oils. Hope you enjoy it!

    pat1940: Here, Im using the default preset for the technical pen. Click on thin, dry oils in the brush preset and then size the brush to suit your needs.
    The only problem with humor is that no one takes it seriously.
