    Color-Junky Car Circles

This is from a photo I took standing just outside the front window of a classic Ford Woody auto, and once you orient yourself it's easy to see the closeup of the steering wheel, speedometer, dashboard, etc. I was kind of fascinated by all the different circles, thus the genesis of the painting. Also, the weather has been so gloomy and overcast for the last week here that I desparately needed to get a color fix, aka this Al K-like chroma. Sure does brighten up the eyeballs looking at it! Oh, and thanks to wenkat for the "color-junky" word play idea in my title.

Marvellous as and more than ever. Whatever subject You paint becomes an artpiece! Do You have a brush or a magic wand?

eighty+, I cheated: after i painted the thing in ArtRage, I used Photoshop to really saturate colors and change variations. But I'm glad you're enjoying it.

Caesar, I could say the same about your artwork!

    marcialsj,
And speaking of being fascinated by circles, I am in the mist of baking a
homemade two layer "round" devil's food cake, am waiting for it to cool
so I can ice it with some rather decadent dark chocolate whipped frosting
and thought I'd check in for a moment to see what's new. Just love the
vibrance and energy of this painting and you are correct. I am again
wide awake since viewing this fantastic color rich piece and am now
rejuvenated enough to design some ornate swirl embellishments on the
top of the cake that sadly will be gobbled up soon enough.

Delightful and innovative artistic representation of a stylish auto. Well
    painted!

I can't resist seeing once more; cool colors as well as the composition!
BTB, I'm happy to be partly responsible for this great creation! Thanks!
