    Ronḍ

Im still in Venice, XVIII century, this time with a sort of comics scene rather than a doge painting.
It was really speedy with pencil outlining and the filler.
Ronḍ was a typical kind of music they used to play and dance there at that time during aristocratic parties.

Lovely painting, I really like the way you can change, your style of painting, from time to time, to me that is the sign of a fine artist, indeed.

Thank You, dear Paul and Sandra.
I don't feel like a fine artist, but curious of art and styles for sure.
Actually drawing is my eldest work activity (I was hardly one and I first portraid my granny Ida at two in a quite recognisable way through ).
Creating and drawing comics could have been an interesting study and job too I unfortunately didn't pursue.

Caesar, you certainly have a knack with sketches....I always enjoy your posts and this is no exception.

You got her so mad, Ceasare, maybe because she wanted to be in oils and not in pastels.... anyway a great work.
