    Portrait WIP

I have been working on few portrait sketches studies and want to have them to pracitse with oil in texture canvas. Some sketches have been redone many times but still cannot get it right. Now, I recall once Michaelw said:

I really can experience that recently but at the same time, I feel joyful too. Both feelings. Very interesting journey.

Here is one of these sketches, I think maybe good to continue further. Not so sure.

    Keep the head, it's great.
Loose the shoulderwith arm and hand, it's not great. (upper arm and under arm way to short, hand way too big.

The head is one of the better I've seen from you.
Just say: "Rage It", because we already know it's art.

Thanks coops, weebaman and hanzz for looking in and the nice words.

Hi Hanzz, thanks so much for guiding me the right way to see it. Really appreciated. Getting to know more about to sketch right, it's not an easy task but lots of, lots of fun in the process. I think this one will be a good study for me. I will take it slow. Because I already realize once coming to apply color will be totally different skill or technique require to make it right.

Here's just a little bit add-on but already took me awhile. ha..ha. The pose suppose to have the arm resting on the chair. The hand is my another focus point I want to have besides the head. Maybe after applying color, it won't look this big but I will try different ways.
