    Though the distant part of this view is over-exposed this view looks out over the Bristol Channel to England:

    I agree about its beauty - I am a little biased (as is Bumble being a Welsh lady) as it is where I was born and grew up. This recent visit was my first in 13 years....there is still 'a welcome in the hillside'

    Well, it's lovely. Those are wonderful pics. And I must say I have never seen a regular old crow look so dramatic like a fine noble bird. Your son may have just discovered a hidden talent for making the mundane look so remarkable. There's artistry in that. Not sure I would call it accidental.
