    Cebollas (Onions revisited) 3

All is blocked in and ready for the last pass (blending and final details left to do.) I think I can finish it tomorrow, but one never knows.

Thanks to all for your comments and your patience with the WIP posts.

And now, as in Spain at the end of the corrida: matalo!! Waiting for the final fireworks!

I personally recommend making a stencil from the original photo of the part with the halved Bermuda onions (rose madder color ones), and dust on some detail for the concentric circles.

Doesn't have to be heavy handed and can be appropriate colors to set it in context. and you can blur it here and there and even paint a little onto it, just so it doesn't look out of context and mechanical.

Just a thought. Save you going blind trying to eyeball it.

Thanks Caesar, Jim, and D Akey. So much appreciated.

D Akey, I see what you mean, but itŽs done for now. IŽll keep your suggestion in mind in the future.
