    Grains and Textures

I thought I would contribute these to the ArtRage community! I made them using art rage and paint shop pro The sand is a photo though.

    New to Artrage

I only started working with AR a little over a week ago. How would I go about using the textures here?

Hi Betty, Thank you for stopping in!

To answer your question... First of all you need to save the textures to your grains folder by going to Ambient design> Art rage2> Resources> grains.then after doing that open your artrage up, Then in the layer box go to edit paper settings then where it says grain click the little circle, then click the load a file button right above the cancel button now you should see all of the grains and textures you have downloaded.

I ususally use the grain or texture on another layer and I use the chalk at a low setting ,and or I use the rollerbrush at a low setting on loading.
Hope this helped, If you have any other questions go ahead and ask.
