Has anyone tried any of these and had realworld experience printing them?

I'm looking at the Windsor Newston watercolor stuff-- Cotmans and/or Artist. From the beginning of the conversation, my understanding is that these have CMYK values? If so, that would imply they're relatively print-safe, right? I don't push much into the real vibrant stuff anyways, but a set of useful, print-safe watercolor swatches based on colors I already know would be great.

Would be great to hear feedback from those who've used these. Thanks!
