use the soft blending brush sticker and the fluffy clouds preset.
then I go over areas with the heavy frosting preset on the knife.
I also included the airbrush preset I use for tinting and making small cloud chains.
I would love to do a screen capture video to show how I do this but alas my computer's graphic card not up to the task required. it's an oldie.
This is a really fast way to make clouds.

    gzairborne,
I hardly EVER venture in here but noticed this "Clouds and Sky's" thread
and just had to stop and visit. The paintings presented here by our
talented artists are just wonderful, many amazing interpretations of the
sky and all of the amenities that it holds. All who care to lift their
heads and paint brushes skyward have posted many inspirational works
here. I feel like a kid in a jet stream candy store while enjoying the
    "view."

The untitled piece that you are referring to (above) is so beautiful, the
design, blending and colors are a visual delight and the added wisp of a
rainbow completes the dreamlike scene. Just love this and will start
looking for that often referred to pot of gold when no one else is watching
... finders keepers as they say!

  7. Rain and Clouds

I had to change the name and turn this post upside down in order not to have to stand on your head to view it.

    Martha Weatherall,
Darn it ... was JUST standing on my head when I stopped in to view
your lovely "Clouds and skies" painting and had to temporally right
myself in order to see it properly now that you have mentioned the
potential vertigo issue. A very charming piece and well painted!
