Hi John B. Welcome to the forum and ArtRage2. Looking forward to see what you can make ArtRage do. It has been an adventure looking at the works of other real-life-also painters who take on AR.
A quick tip: Paint colormixing isn't like real paint, its more RGB (or CMY) than RYB.

Not exactly a big turnout but a small welcome is better than no welcome.

DoodLS-thanks for the tip. Actually I have experience with Painter but I like the simplicity of AR. My 1st piece is the Macaw tutorial and it's in the Critique forum. I usually paint tight and this was loose for me and lots of fun.

Cripster Thanks for the welcome, much appreciated.

    A warm welcome John!
I should have seen alredy some piece from You and my opinion is that You Your talents will contribute very much enriching this Forum!
It also looks like that Ypu would be faithfully affectionate to it and work as a watchdog against detractors!! (I was only joking referring to Your nice avatar!)

    Welcome, John B.

Any relation to the sloop mentioned in the Beach Boys' song, Sail On Sailor?
