Warning about "Export As Image..." as a.jpg
I set my resolution to 360dpi, and then used the option "Export As Image..." and chose to export as a .jpg.
But when I looked at it in Photoshop, it had only exported at 96dpi!
So, it's much better to choose to export as a .psd, then save as a .jpg there, and then your originally chosen resolution will be kept!
I printed both, and there is a visible difference between the 96dpi and the 360dpi, so this is important. Especially if you're selling your work as prints, as I am.
Hope this helps!
