    Question regarding Oil Brush tool

    Hello,

I'm a new ArtRage user. I am using ArtRage 2.5 (full version) on Windows XP Pro, and for now my input device is a simple, wireless mouse.

    Here is my question:

Is there a way to configure the "trailing tip" on the oil paint brush stroke? The stroke starts off at a fine point, and I want to be able to essentially "twist the brush" to trail the stroke to a similarly fine point upon termination.

That may be asking a lot - but I figured I'd ask in case I'm missing the obvious.

    Many thanks for your thoughts,
    Jade

    Hi there!

Unfortunately tailing the stroke off like that is something you really need pressure sensitivity for in ArtRage. While you can vary the pressure with the up and down arrow shortcut keys, you can't do so during painting a stroke currently.

Many thanks for your reply Dave! (I'm having so much fun with ArtRage, nonetheless!)
