    .psd from Adobe CS3

    Hi,

Can Artrage not import .psd-files from Adobe CS3? is there an update to fix this?

    Best regards,

    - Björn

ArtRage can import CS3 PSDs so long as they have been saved in 'compatible' mode from Photoshop.

    Hi Andy,

Thanks for your answer. Would you know how to save in "compatible" mode? I can find anything in either the save as dialog, nor the Help.

    Thanks,

Actually I'm not sure - I dont have a copy of Photoshop CS3 yet.
There should be something like a 'Maximize compatibility' setting when you're saving, but I couldn't tell you exactly where.

If anyone else is versed in Photoshop CS3, perhaps they can shed some light?

From the Photoshop CS3 menu bar:

    1) Choose Edit > Preferences > File Handling (Windows) or Photoshop > Preferences > File Handling (Mac OS).

    2) Choose "Always" or "Ask" from the Maximize PSD File Compatibility menu.

The preference change doesn't take effect until you restart Photoshop CS3.
