Download the files from here, import them into ArtRage, then use the color picker to construct a custom palette.

I guess here is as good a place as any to ask. These palettes that people so helpfully post, are they just a number of colours that go well together or are there all kinds of rules, guidelines and tricks that can be used to construct a palette?
I guess that the answer to that question is a lifetime of study or more, but can anyone give me some pointers or a good comprehensive resource where I can learn about colours?

Dear Cornell .... if you choose any picture that you really like the colours on.....import it to Artrage, then use your custom picker to make yourself a colour pallette from those colours you like best, its all down to personal likes really, no rules except your own rules.....you can save you choice of colours as well.....and give them a title if you want...use the colour pallette menu from the pallette right hand side of screen..... hope this helps mate....
