    Product Registration Problem

    When I first opened it up it never asked me for my name and reg # :roll:

    Hi drkennyg,
    Did you install on a Windows computer, or MacOSX?

    On Windows the license information is entered when you run the installer. On MacOSX it should ask you for your registration details the first time you run ArtRage.

    Is it causing you problems? Are you running the Full version of ArtRage?

    I'm using MacOS X (10.3.9). It is not causing any problems yet but I just want to be sure that I use a registered product. Thanks :lol:

    That's very odd!
    Have you previously registered a copy of ArtRage 2? If you've had ArtRage 2 registered on your machine previously then it wont ask again even if you re-install ArtRage.
    If you're really concerned, drop a note to support@artrage.com and we can talk you through un-registering and re-registering.
