    Grubznug Nebula *UPDATED*

on the outer reaches of a distant galaxy lurks the Grubznug Nebula...

UPDATE: i did some further work on my nebula, adding some stelar could details. I discovered a tecnique of making nice cloudy detail using the crumpled paper texture and a brush with high thinner and no loading. maybe it looks a little too realistic. oh well, im happy with both versions : )

Nice one G, There is an amazing depth to the sky. Very well painted. A superb job on the stars and the nebula. It almost looks like one of Bumbles dramatic skies. Good job.

Cool how you got all that color and stuff in the sky, and yet you made it appear translucent by having the stars shining through.

    Dramatic and rich flavor.

Thanks for the complements ive always been amazed and inspired by photos of nebulae.

here is a recent favorite of mine, a photo of the Carina Nebula, taken by the Hubble telescope:

It just shows that nature is the greatest artist.
