    Unable to load saved pics

I saved a couple of (first time) pictures yesterday but when I try to open them today I get an 'unable to open' message. Any ideas?

Did you save them as ArtRage painting files (*.ptg) or in some other format?
What version of ArtRage are you using?
Are you working on a Mac, or Windows PC?

If you like, send one of the ones you can't open to support@artrage.com and we'll take a look at it.

Sorry Andy, ArtRage2, Windows XP and I clicked Save As , it defaults as .ptg I believe. I can see them in the folder but prog says it cannot open.

Okay, fire one of them off to support@artrage.com

It's the weekend here, so we probably wont get to look at them until Monday - sorry.

Artrage itself says it can't open the files when you open them from inside AR?
What if you double click on the files while AR isn't open?
