New Picture, in my own colors. Susan

Hi, Those who know me, know that I color and lately mostly color by number. It was fun and rather intense. But I also like making up my own color scheme and seeing how it works together. So here it is. I named it BUTTERFLY MEDALLION.

Thanks, Brett, my sister thought so too! Be my guest. I have enough embroidery projects going already.

It's lovely Sue. There are some very fine details there - do you use layers and selection tools to keep within the lines?
    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.

Hi June, It's good to hear from you! Yes, I use layers--the topmost layer is for lines and detail colors and next lower down is for shape colors then lower is background then the first layer is the illustration. I Enjoy tracing my lines with color--it helps control the coloring and I think, adds to the color scheme. I have a slight tremor now, but that's alright. I guess it comes with age.

    Bye
