    Preset window locked

    Hi,
I use Artrage vitae v.7.1.4-64 bit (full version), on windows 11
I purchased the software recently and using it, when I open the Preset window of an instrument, to choose the various options, it appears large (see photo) and I cannot choose any options.

All the selection buttons are locked (as a bug). I can only remove it with ctrl+alt+P. how do I resolve it?

    there isn't any error message.

Hello dlower835 and welcome to the ArtRage forums
My opening gambit would be, in ArtRage, go to: Preferences > Panels > Reset Panel Positions.
Let us know if that works.

Ok thank you, this advice helped me.

Maybe I've identified the problem. I use a wacom cintiq 16 and this problem occurs when I extended the screen of PC to both two screen (PC+CINTIQ).
It's look like that this extension creates interferences. In fact, when I reset the PC screen as the only screen, the problem does not occur.

    Ah, that’s interesting.
Alas I don’t have a Cintiq of any description to try this on! But I think I recall another user with a similar problem on a Cintiq not so long back...
I would suggest that you report this to Ambient Design as it sounds like a bug.

Glad you got it working again
