    Refund Question

    Hi,
    Bought AR6Vitae and it's not working correctly plus all the problems with MS store...I really liked the AR6 demo version but bought the newest today...bad choice. Can I get a refund on the Vitae version and buy the AR6 instead?

    When you say AR Vitae is not working correctly, are these additional issues to the RCB problem you mention in your other post? (Iíve left a reply there to that question)
    If you can give more details maybe they can be resolved?

    However if you do require a refund, for both Windows and Mac store purchases, refund requests will have to go through the store from which they were purchased, as Ambient Design doesnít handle the transactions directly.

    Hi Mark....all working now...Newbie error in understanding the function of the "dry varnish" brush...duh..it's DRY...All ok....wheee!!!
