How to Exit Full Screen Mode?

Can anyone please explain how to exit full screen view of Artrage - the view where Artrage fills the entire viewport, showing no trace of MacOS?

Sometimes it's great, sometimes you need to exit and return to "regular" - I see no hint of a command to release me from full screen mode.

    Thank you

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world

I was a little bit confused about this question first, because ArtRage doesn't have a real fullscreen mode. But you may possibly mean the outblended panels. Just press TAB to get them back.

mac os offers fullscreen mode natively, unless the app has a very specific UI framework that makes it impossible (looking at you, clip studio paint.)

here's a very quick way to exit any app that expanded itself -
