    Thanks DA - this was actually a base coat and I had intended to paint 'fur' over it but I liked the effect so left it. Much easier and quicker that way.

    You made the right call I think too in not doing the fur texture this time.

    Certainly a different approach to a cat and after studying it I rather like the effect.
