    Willy Wagtail bird

This little bird is cheeky and quite fearless. As the name suggests it 'wags' it's tail as it hops along. The tiny nests are built of cobwebs and are exquisite.
Watercolour and a little custom oil brush. The image lost some of the sharpness due to downsizing so I sharpened in another programme.

    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.

Excellent transitions between the colors -- especially in and around the blue-blacks. Nice shape and good tone overall. Super. I really like how you faded the branch at both ends. It created movement in an area that could have been really boring.

The more you paint the better you're getting. Keep going, June!!!!
