question on sticker brush behaving weird

I have this sticker brush I used before, a few years, and another iMac, ago..
But now if I paint a few times lightly stroke over stroke, I get this weird looking 'color blob' on top of my strokes...

What can I do to solve this ? (ARTRAGE4, Mac OS is Catalina 10.15.7)

Just say: "Rage It", because we already know it's art.

    Hello hanzz,
The Sticker Spray brush itself is still the same as it was back in the day and at first glance that looks more or less as I would expect for a low opacity brush, with more paint saturation happening where the strokes cross.
Could you describe more how you were expecting it to look or behave?
Is that a brush you could share for testing? I’m still on Mojave (I even have Snow Leopard on an old Mac!) and have AR4 as well as AR6 and could show you how it looks on those.

Yes, This is a brush that is ,since it's creation ,on the official ArtRage page. A brush I created, and that has served me very well. You can find it here. The picture next to it is a painting I did with it. So I know for a fact that the brush is OK.

I know it's not the brush, it's something to do with ArtRage and my iMac. Just don't know what it is.....

    Thanks for the link hanzz
So here’s what I get with your brush head (I called it 'Skin' for want of a better name!) and using your Spray Variation settings in both AR4 & AR6.
I don't know what Spray Settings you used but you can see mine; Spray Rate @95% and Autofllow; Off
Not sure if it could be a factor, but you can also see the pressure setting I always use for my pen when using AR too.

Thanks, works much better now, but when applied heavily it's still there.
    Thanks for your help though....

I have to place a correction here, I'm sorry for not having been complete. It also happens with other brushes. In this example it is the airbrush..So it must be my system...
