    How to get straight lines?

    Hello all.
I am working on my second scene, old cottage on the moors.
I am using watercolour in the main but also with technical pen for the hard edges of the building.
I am really struggling to get nice straight lines with the technical pen.
Is there a tool or setting that will assist me in accomplishing this?
    I am using ArtRage iOS.
    Cheers

    Hi there!
On the desktop version, you hold down the Ctrl key and pull away with the pen in the direction you want the line.
I don't know if that works in your version.
    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.

Dare I suggest you could perhaps actually use a small plastic ruler to guide your pen

    Many thanks, June.
I don’t think this will work on iPad.

Haha, exactly what I was considering
I did manage it in the end. I exported the image to Sketchbook iOS. The app has multiple tools to help with perspective.
I then imported the image back into ArtRage.
I think ArtRage iOS could really do with a ruler tool, from my limited time with the app this feature is the only thing missing.
