That really is pretty, June. I noticed straight off the smooth gradient in the sky -- all watercolory and the grain is perfect.
Also love the forthright colors and clarity in the bird itself. After the success of this swallow you can also take a nice swallow. Cheers!

Thanks DA. This took more time than the ones I have been dashing off lately. I've been practising recording and editing the less detailed paintings - just something to stretch the brain. Learning something new is supposed to ward off the dreaded dementia.
