My favorite tool used to be cats as well -- for keeping the varmints away. Interesting that in real life if you use an airbrush it also hisses and spits which makes it plenty feline. . . at least cats on the internet hiss. Mine never do unless I go to pick 'em up and they're sore or tender and they just want to heal. On the other hand, my airbrush hissed and spitted all the time.
Nice painting. I like the elegance of light against black for a nightlit or a moonlighting black cat. It's all rimlight and reflections. Super.
