    Hair/Fur stroke direction

    I can't figure out how to get Hair/Fur brush to rotate on direction like this.
    Basically a cylinder viewed pretty much straight-on, but have Hair/Fur using Sticker Spray tool to rotate like this.
    Any suggestions?
