Hello all

I have an iPad Pro 2017 12.9 inch. I had Artrage for iPad even when I had iPad Air - migrated the license from there.

I believe the present version is 2.4 as per Apple Store. And system requirement is iOS 10 or later.

I have iOS 11.3. (for reasons of my own I am not updating to latest iOS) iOS 11.3 should support version 2.4

But my Artrage shows it is 2.3. When I go to the App Store and search for Artrage, it shows up as "Installed".

So what could be the reason that it is showing 2.3 and did not receive the update?
