As to the prism thing you mentioned, sounds intriguing. I don't know a thing about the mechanics of it. I'm only a user in that case.
I search by the keyword "wedge",„Touch“,„Monitor“,... and found one href

    I'll watch it later.

Great you are encouraging your Daughter. I have only used Artrage for 3 years and was unable to afford Wacom so bought a refurbished Ugee 1910 monitor where I can use stylist direct to screen.

Practice is the key and not to get disheartened, there are lots of you tube tutorials and if she joins forums help in abundance.

I am still a novice compared to most but have achieved some good results in my opinion.

Ugee... It has no rotation reporting? I have tested color blending in artRage2 versus artRage5 and... there is a cardinal improvement! I can blend a color circle from red-yellow-blue. By the way, good site! How about x9 prices to track discounts „in-line“, e.g. 299$ with discount 30% = 209.3030% discounted.
E.q., 299 -(299+1-1)/100*30=299-(300-1)/100*30=299-(3*30 (whole numbers!)+(1Cent)*30=(299-90)+.30$=209.30$ where the cents is the „in-line recorded discounts“.
It's clear that we can by the price format say „What the discounts we can get if we...“.
