    Not enough memory

    Hi,

Today I used Artrage Pro 3 several times and for the first time each time a window appeared after 40mn, it was written there'was not enough memory to go on. When I stopped and restarted my file was then totally EMPTY and light, I even didn't find my yesterday work. I have 37 Go free, I don't understand. Do I have to make adjustments for memory?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

Today, here is the message when I was refused to download: "An error occurred on attempting to.read/write data from/to a file stream."

I hope it will help to solve the problem. Thank you.

If your system was out of memory then it's possible that the file could not be saved. If you are using ArtRage 3 then this is more likely to happen as it doesn't have the additional file save protection systems we added to 4 and 5.

If you could send an email to [email protected] and let us know how large the canvas you are working on is and just confirm which version of ArtRage you are using we can go through some steps to see if we can find out what is happening.
