why is “Save” necessary?
On a device where everything seems to live in a save-as-you-work environment, why does artrage for iOS require (or at least offer) Save?
AR isn’t the only pro app I have that does this...
Thank you.

ArtRage files can be quite large due to the amount of data involved with our real media simulation, so saving during work is not ideal as it would interrupt painting.
Also, saving ensures that you save a painting at the point you want, rather than at an arbitrary point after making changes you might not find desirable to be in the painting.
