    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.

Fantastic pastoral scene. I love the dappled character in the hills, but it works great in the sky implying clouds. It's subtle but adds the feeling of integration throughout. Plus it gives it all a soft feel. Good painting skills, Enug!

Thanks, Mr Ploos (there are some sheep!) and DA. Just having a break from my usual tools.

Butting in here. It differs. There are different meanings to the word "herd"

    1) The human way, as with herding sheep which changes based on location (eg. Swiss vs Aussie are very different)

    2) then there's the natural way made up by the number of animals that the animals themselves normally group into.

That information plus 5 bucks can get you a coffee in a Starbucks anywhere.

really nice-i love the lime bright green you have used for the midground. The pasture near here looks like that in the afternoon light
