What is the best tablet to get the most out of the ArtRage App.?
And what would be the max image size that it could make?
I would have it as a guess that an IOS Tablet would win.

Hi Albert,
Mobile versions of ArtRage have a maximum canvas size of 2048 x 2048 pixels, except for the iOS version when running on the iPad Pro which can create canvases of up to 4096 x 4096 pixels, as the iPad Pro is more powerful than standard iPads.
The desktop version has more features than the mobile versions and can take advantage of your desktop computer generally being more powerful and having more resources than mobile devices. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks Dave.
So in Tablets...what would be second best to iPad Pro and what size canvas size would a second best go up to? ....because I don't think I could afford an Ipad Pro at the moment unless there are some old models for sale.
ArtRage on all other iPads and Android devices can support canvas sizes of up to 2048 x 2048 pixels. If you want larger sizes, one option as you have ArtRage 5 is to choose to record a script when creating your painting on a mobile device, then play it back in ArtRage 5 at a larger size
Dunno.
I use a Wacom Intuos in A5 wide size. The tablet is about the size of a keyboard.
Workes great.
I was quite disappointed by the Wacom Bamboo Touch. Touch did not really
work and the surface of the tablet was really hard and the sensivity was low.
On the other hand this maybe has changed as there were serveral newer models
in the meantime.
In old times I had a small cheap tablet by Aiptek but it only worked on one screen. I could
not move the mouse pointer to my second screen.
Many cheap tablets are rebranded Aiptek tablets.
The Wacom drivers are likely the best - especially for Mac users.
Just my personal experience.
