If you are having trouble installing the latest iOS updates (it's just spinning and not installing), this is caused by changes to the file sharing system. The problem occurs if there are files in the iTunes shared file space for ArtRage and the app thinks it needs to do a first time install.

This should be fixed in the next update, but you can work around it by removing any exported paintings sitting in the shared folder in iTunes (or browse to the 'On My iPad > ArtRage' folder on your device). We recommend copying the files instead of deleting them until you know you do not need a backup. You should then be able to finish installing the update.

If you need the exported painting back in your gallery (e.g. you exported and then deleted it), you can move the file(s) back to the shared space and import it to ArtRage after the app has finished installing.
