    1) Forum Webpage error 2) how change subscription?

    1) Question: how can I change my current subscription to a thread without posting to it? I did not find any option in the profile area where I can only SEE but not change the subscription...

    2) When I'm browsing the forum I often, very often, get this page - see attached image... Click image for larger version.

    Hello Astrid,
To unsubscribe from a Forum click on the small dark dot/symbol thing that used to be a green check mark before you subscribed. Hum… was that clear? Perhaps not
    Here’s a picture instead!

To unsubscribe from a thread within a Forum, go to that thread and click on the 'Thread Tools' tab near the top right of the page and choose Unsubscribe from the dropdown.

As to your second problem I don’t know. Do you get the same when using different web browsers?

    Hello again,
    Good question?
So, let’s see, if you click on the 'Quick Links' tab (next to the 'Forum Actions' tab near the top of the page when you log in) and choose Subscriptions.
That takes us strait there. Find the thread you want.
    And now perhaps it’s time for another picture;

    Hi,

For your "Secure Connection Failed" issue, what web-browser are you using?

Our website, payment gateway and forums all have SSL security (You might notice the little padlock and HTTPS on the URLs). Your connection is encrypted, which helps keep your private data safe from being snooped by others.
If that padlock appears to be broken (red, rather than green), it's a good idea to avoid entering login passwords, personal details or credit card information, etc. That goes for any website, as it might not be secure.

Click on the padlock, near your URL bar. From there you should be able to find "More Information" about the SSL Certificate. Ensure it's valid and not expired.
(Ours would be "Issued To" common name "www.artrage.com" with the origanization "Ambient Design Ltd")

The "Issued by" is DigiCert. This however might be a "Personal Root Certificate" depend if you have a virus scanner, playing a part with the security protection.

If there's an option: Click on "Advanced" for more information on why the connection is not secure. It should give you an error code and reason.

    Else you could try:
    1) Ensure your web-browser isn't dated and old. If it's extremely old, it might not understand the latest encryption. Consider updating it.
    2) Ensure you have cookies enabled on your web-browser and that your login session hasn't expired.
    3) Check your anti-virus and/or firewall, if they use a "Personal Root Certificate" for the SSL connections of your web-browser.
    4) Check your web-browser plugins are safe and not affecting your security.
    5) Run a virus scanner (such as SpyBot - Search and Destroy, which has a free version and specialises in web-browser anti-spyware) just to make sure you aren't infected (worst case).

If you are using Firefox as the web-browser, check here for more help:
