Script playback import file to layer error

Yup it's me again! with a script playback issue

This one is reproduceable. When you import an image file to a new layer that layer gets selected and therefore any actions peformed will take place on the newly imported image file layer, but on replay the imported layer doesn't get selected, leading to shennanigans!
