    I am no art critique and do not have appropriate knowledge, so my comment will only be subjective.. I do like the first pic very much, the "ambiance" and everything.. I (personally, subjectively!) do not like the character in it... it takes everything away..
    Also, the face seems to be of a different "style" than the scene.. but I am doing this all the time in my own pics, mixing styles and tools... so I have no right "criticizing" hahaha

    Golden and sparkling, like gold leaf. Modern city iconic. They don't do warm lights around here anymore. Gives the city and neighborhoods a cold feel. I remember the nighttime in the city when it had this rich color and sparkle. Nice voice.
