    new iPad 10.5

I dropped my 15" laptop MacBook Pro, bought the new 10.5 iPad Pro and pencil . My problem is this, I forgot/cannot find my password for the members area. it is there on my 15" but only as dots and I do not remember what the pass word is. That being said, should I just buy the iOS version for iPad and set up a separate account or what? Would I be better off getting my password back then buy the newsiest version AR . When I went to the download, it wanted me to buy version 5, I already have version 5 I just wanted the upgrade. So, once again, would I be better off setting up a new account on my iPad 10.5 pro and go from there?
I hope this is not to confusing, because believe me I am confused. I just want the latest version on my new iPad 10.5. Thank you

You can reset your password for the member area (there's a link on the log in page next to the form) and it will send a link to your email address to create a new password. So that should be easy to fix

However, you don't actually need a member area account for the iPad app; the mobile apps are sold and registered through the app stores automatically, so you can always install updates from your app store account. This means that there is no need for a serial number or a separate account to give you access to downloads. You only need the member area for desktop versions of the software.

So all you need to do is:
    1. Buy the ArtRage app via the App Store.
    2. Enjoy
    3. (Optional) Reset your member area password if you need to log in to access your desktop versions of ArtRage.

Thank you Hannah I will do as suggested. I have a curiosity? You are located in New Zealand, AR is sold all over the world an done over the internet ( no boarders to cross). So why the price difference between countries? Not that it matters, the price for what you give is more than fair. I could never understand this pricing difference on anything when there's no boarders to cross. If the answer is a long one and your time is a premium my question can wait until whenever,no rush. Thanks again

The price is the same in all countries (give or take minor conversion differences), but some countries will add local taxes or occasionally have local sales (this is very unusual, though, sales are usually run everywhere at once). Taxes are added automatically by the store when purchasing, all we do is set a base price (US $4.99 for the iPad app).
