    Need help

    A long time art rage user. Started on version 4. Require a bit of help from you folks at art rage. I just got a new computer and I bought the new version through your website. Unfortunately, I didn't use the upgrade link, I just got the regular version. When I purchased it, went through PayPal, checked there and it did go through, but I never got a serial number or download link.
    I really lik the new art rage 5. Could help me out and send me an email with a serial number and a download link. Love the program. Mac iOS newest version.

    I'm not sure but: have you tried logging into the member area and downloading it from there?

    they ask you to buy it again

    not a terrible option, but I already paid once

    I have the feeling they are short staffed right now at ArtRage but they "will" reply if you send them an email.

    I can understand being short handed. I have a good deal of patience. I have sent an email. Now I know why I haven't got a response. No big hurry. I am still able to 4.

    Hi Michael, sorry to hear about your issue.

    Like HwyStar already mentioned above, please contact [email protected] in regards to it. We will help and can resend your order.

    Just a quick question here: Did you get a single email from Avangate (such as the order confirm)? If so, can you check (since you use Gmail), that there's not multiple emails stacked together. Gmail might collapse the thread as an email chat communication.

    To disable conversation threading and prevent Gmail fromlumping together emails:
    1) Click the Settings gear icon in Gmail.
    2) Select Settings from the menu that comes up.
    3) Go to the General tab.
    4) Make sure Conversation view off is selected underConversation View.
    5) Click Save Changes.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear you've been having trouble. If your problem has been solved, great. If not:

    1. We should be able to help with the upgrade discount you missed out on if you contact us with the details.
    2. The download email may have gone missing, or been filed as spam, or been sent to your Paypal email instead (if different).

    But it's possible you just entered the wrong email when purchasing, as "gmal.co" looks like it should be 'gmail.com'? There's no account in the member area under gmal.co, so can you doublecheck that? (If you've been contacting us from an incorrect email, that would explain why you never got a reply! If you just wrote it that way to avoid sharing your email online, great, but it's the most obvious thing to have gone wrong. I can also edit your username for you if you wish).


    To contact us again if you haven't heard back:

    1. Email us directly at [email protected] without using the support form (sometimes it filters emails as spam without us getting a chance to see them)
    2. Make sure you are giving us the correct email to contact you.
    3. Give us the order info you have and your ArtRage 4 serial.

    We've managed to track down your purchase, and there was a typo in the purchase email. I've sent you your serial directly, but if it doesn't arrive, try sending me a PM via the forums instead.
