Artrage 5 purchase
I purchased the upgrade from 4 to 5 last week. The transaction went through but I never received my email with the serial number, I have sent two help requests and have not heard anything.

Oh no! It looks like we may not have received those emails, the support form may have eaten them for some reason (it acts up a bit sometimes, we've got some website updates in the works).
