I cant get update for my artrage lite

i tried to update but wont let me

Okay, to download the latest update you need to:

1. Have an account at members.artrage.com
2. Register your serial.

If you don't know it, open Lite and go to Help > ArtRage Serial Number.

If you get an error, contact us at [email protected] (we've been seeing some issues with serials issued by Wacom and can sort that out easily for you).

3. After registering, refresh if nothing shows up straight away, then look for your registered serial. Click the download button to choose macOS or Windows.

4. Download and install over your current version. If you have problems at this point, contact us at [email protected] and tell us what happened.
