A question about saving format

This might be a silly question but is there a way to save a project transparent? I'd like to make some clipart with ArtRage, that's why I'm asking. Is this possible?

Export your layer as a PNG , that will give you your image with a transparent background .

If you want the entire image, not just a layer, go to View > Canvas Settings and set Opacity to 0%.

Then export as a PNG to get a file with transparency.

I did try exporting as a png but it still had a white background.
I will try this:

go to View > Canvas Settings and set Opacity to 0%.
